A colossal gold-and-blue biomechanical winged war-dragon coiling behind, scaled in sharp armor plates with glowing blue gems and storm-lightning seams; a humanoid armored warrior at centre in elaborate black-and-gold biomechanical plate, horned helmet, cape bearing the 应龙 emblem, wielding a long spike-edged thunder halberd; black storm-clouds with lightning; ancient Chinese mountain temples below.

Disciplined, divine and battle-ready. War-god of the east beneath the throne of the Yellow Emperor; commander of wind, rain and thunder; the dragon-blade by which the divine mechanical empire enforces the will of heaven.

From the Classic of Mountains and Seas, Great Wilderness East Classic: there is a dragon whose form is like the dragon of the Yellow Emperor, named Yinglong. In classical tradition Yinglong commands wind and rain and is the slayer of Chiyou and Kuafu. In the age of 神机山海, Yinglong was reborn through the Celestial Core as the divine winged war-dragon of the Yellow Emperor, commander of wind, rain and thunder and the war-god of the east, the dragon-blade by which the divine mechanical empire enforces the will of heaven.
