Dual-aspect biomechanical dragon halved between day and night, the left clad in solar gold with an eclipse-fire halo and the right in lunar silver-blue with a starry moon halo; a horned armored cosmic avatar standing centre in flowing robes bearing the 烛龙 emblem; a coiled biomechanical-scaled dragon body wrapping the scene; gold-fire mountains on one side and frozen moon-ruins on the other.

Solemn, eternal and impassive. With the opening of its eyes is day; with their closing, night; its breath turns the seasons. It neither drinks nor eats nor breathes as mortals do, and the winds and rains obey it.

From the Classic of Mountains and Seas, Great Wilderness West Classic: the god of Mount Zhong is named Zhulong. When it looks, it is day; when it closes its eyes, it is night.
